I’m looking for a way To Learn Spanish, but I’m not willing to shell out the $500 bucks for programs like Rosetta Stone. I’ve heard of some websites where you can talk to people from other countries, they teach you their language, and you teach them English. Does anyone know what this is, or do you have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This article contained Hale’s vision for building of what was to become the 200-inch Palomar reflector; it was an invitation to the American public learn about how large telescopes could help answer questions relating to the fundamental nature of the universe.
