Should the government provide free spanish or english lessons?

If people who are bilingual have the potential for earning more money than those who are not, and if our communities are being saturated with non english speaking individuals (primarily hispanics), but we are unable to sell them anything because they do not speak or understand english, and if so many non-english speakers work in the workplace and are unable to provide adequate assistance because they are unable to speak or understand english, do you believe the government should provide non-english speakers with free english lessons, or english speakers with free Spanish Lessons, or neither, or both, and why?

Oh yeah… let’s just keep spending more money…..
